Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Fussy and Fancy

This is my entry for the Penny Black Saturday Challenge, Fussy and Fancy.  The stamped image is 4065K -  Bountiful and it was coloured with a mixture of shimmer watercolours from The Works, gel pens and Promarkers.  This card is for one of my crafting friends whose birthday it is on the 28th of this month and members of the little craft group we both belong to are heading to the Papeterie, Aberdeen for a day of "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" crafting on the day.  Kath from the Penny Black Saturday Challenge team, is one of the tutors along with her friends Debbi  and Anne.  A brilliant way to spend a birthday.

The base card is a white 21cm square card.

Papers used
Red vellum and red and black cardstock from The Papeterie, Aberdeen
Green card from W Enterprises, Aberdeen
Mirri-card from Create and Craft

Sakura white souffle pen

Embellishments
Stampin' Up Real Red grosgrain ribbon

Top Tips for this project would be to highlight the edges of the daisies, poppies and stamped image with a clear Sakura glitter pen to add some sparkle and to highlight the hedgehog's cheek with the white souffle pen.
